At Aboriginal Fine Art Gallery we do whatever it takes to make it easy for you to obtain the right art works and most of all we aim for your experience to be memorable and enjoyable.
As we are now in transition from our old Sydney CBD premises, we’ll be taking your orders and inquiries online till we relocate to our new specialty built premises.
Feel free to email us with your requirements and we’ll be more than pleased to assist you with art inquiry in the shortest amount of time. We have an extensive range of stock from many different outback areas and remote indigenous communities.

All artworks can be sent nationally and internationally, with a door to door fully insured freight service. Door to door delivery will normally occur within seven days of dispatch.

Artworks are provided with a documented account of the story of the work, biography of the artist, photos where available, and a signed certificate of Authenticity from the Gallery or the community where the artwork was sourced.

Aboriginal Fine Art Gallery guarantees all artworks purchased through the website. Should the artwork you purchase not meet your expected standard, you may return it to the Gallery within 21 days for a full refund or exchange for another artwork (whichever you prefer), and pay only the return freight.
Payment:

Payment is required before art works are dispatched. An invoice can be e-mailed to you or posted and this will secure the work as sold to you.

Freight & packing:
Most paintings are sent rolled in a tube.
Generally we do not charge for packing and we pride ourselves in ensuring that your art arrives in 100% tip top condition  each and every time you order from us.
Freight is generally free within Australia unless we advise the quote otherwise. We use Australia Post Express POST for works under 105cm maximum dimension and that ensures that you receive the parcel within 3 day.. For larger items the delivery make take up to a week. Let us know your requirements if you prefer different options.

Overseas deliveries are generally made with FedEx. Consignments can be tracked on their web site. To assist with customs clearance we need full address details, a contact phone number and if in the USA also your IRS or social security number. Let us know any special requests for documentation or packaging.
Despatch from the gallery is generally within a day or so from purchase completion but may be subject to availability of suitable packing material for large items.
Documentation:
We always provide a Gallery Information Sheet with each item purchased. If the item has been sourced from a community art centre we also provide their certificate of authenticity. We will also supply any other relevant available provenance material where it is available. Please understand our ethos that we regard our artists as Australian artists and we provide information to assist with your understanding of the art work. Please feel free to discuss any provenance issues with us.
